who have your interests at heart.
Friends
who can be trusted and speak the truth.
Promoters
of your health and wellbeing, through the ups and downs.
Respecters
of your faith, whatever your tradition - focused on God or humanity.

Big vision, small steps
A steady presence, workplace by workplace.
WorkCare West Midlands grew out of a simple conviction: people matter at work. Our chaplains visit offices, factories, shops and public services across Birmingham and the wider region, quietly offering care that isn't tied to performance or policy.
We're a small charity with big hopes - building a network of trained, trusted chaplains who reflect the diversity of the region they serve.

A short film about workplace chaplaincy.
Hear from chaplains and the people they walk alongside, and get a feel for what it means to bring care, listening, and hope into everyday working life.
Could you be a chaplain?
No collar or theology degree required - just a willingness to listen, learn and turn up. We provide the training, the network, and the support.
